Steve is a Director and co-founded of Estilo Travel. He brings over 18 years experience in education, including as Sportsmaster at Oakhill College, and extensive experience in group travel planning and management. Steve is equally passionate about travel and sport and he understands the value of attention to detail, good communication and meticulous planning.

Monique is a Director at Estilo Travel and brings over 20 years experience in secondary education and over 8 years in group travel coordination and business account management. Monique has lived and worked overseas and brings this invaluable cultural lived-experience to Estilo Travel.

Dean manages our operations team and has specific expertise in Fiji and New Zealand. Dean is meticulous in his planning and attention to detail, and designs tours to ensure all ,passengers have a truly remarkable experience. He has a long standing relationship with a number of Fijian communities and is welcomed to their homes each time he visits, as if he was family. Each year Dean coordinates a large fundraising drive for families located throughout the South Pacific.

Dan has more than 17 years experience organising, planning, leading, and managing group tours with an education, cultural immersion and learning opportunities focus. She also has several years experience in outdoor education group programming and management. At Estilo Travel, Dan oversees tour operations and tour management, and she works closely with all our prospective and new clients to better understand and meet their group tour’s goals and needs.

Mel has been an integral member of our team since 2016 and is responsible for coordinating group travel arrangements for our tours. Prior to joining Estilo Travel, Mel worked as a retail travel consultant for 15+ years, giving her extensive knowledge of the travel industry, particularly with regard to the needs of group tour planning and management.

Sam is our Groups Coordinator, providing initial planning, organisation and logistics support for our tours, particularly those travelling to New Zealand. Sam joined us in 2018 and brings up-to-date travel industry knowledge and logistics management skills to her role.

Danielle joined Estilo Travel in March 2019, having studied a Bachelor of Business in Finance/Accounting at University of Western Sydney. She has an avid interest in the travel sector and over 18 years experience in finance and accounting roles across a number of industries. Danielle’s main role at Estilo Travel is to manage our financial systems and to oversee all business accounting aspects of our business.
